Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
